This site is operated by KINII (VSB Group LLC). By accessing www.kinii.shop and making a purchase, you accept these Terms of service.

1. Use of the site

By using this site, you declare:

  • Not to use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes

Any violation may result in suspension of access to the site.

We strive to present our products with the greatest accuracy. However, slight variations (colour, appearance, material) may exist depending on screens and display conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

  • Incorrect information
  • Payment issues

Once the order is validated, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

4. Price and payment

  • Prices are shown in euros (€)
  • Payment is due immediately upon order
  • Transactions are secured via third-party providers

We do not store any banking data.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are given as an indication:

  • Processing: 24 to 48 working hours
  • Delivery: 5 to 10 working days

Or an estimated total time of 7 to 12 working days. Delays may occur beyond our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Return conditions are detailed in our Return and refund policy. Unworn and unwashed items may be subject to a return request within 14 days of receipt.

7. Liability

KINII cannot be held liable for:

  • Delivery delays linked to carriers
  • Loss of parcels after confirmation of delivery
  • Improper use of the product

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logo, design) are protected. Any reproduction or use without authorisation is prohibited.

9. Personal data

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy available on www.kinii.shop.

10. Amendments to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of the order.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action.
