SHIPPING POLICY – KINII

At KINII, we do everything possible to ensure a reliable and prompt delivery.
1. Delivery zones
We currently deliver to the following countries:
- France
- Belgium
- Switzerland
- (Other European countries subject to availability)
2. Processing times
All orders are processed within:
- 24 to 48 working hours
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery times
Once the order is shipped:
- Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 working days
4. Total time
The average total time is therefore: 👉 7 to 12 working days (processing + delivery)
These times are indicative and may vary depending on:
- The period (high demand, holidays…)
- Logistics conditions
- Any customs checks
5. Delivery fees
- Delivery may be free depending on current offers
- Otherwise, fees are indicated at payment
6. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- A tracking number will be sent to you by email
- You will be able to track your parcel online
There may be a delay of 2 to 5 days before tracking is activated.
7. Delivery delays
In case of delay:
- This may be due to the carrier or to exceptional circumstances
- KINII cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control
We remain available to assist you in the event of a problem.
8. Undelivered parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with your family / neighbours
- Contact the carrier
An investigation may be opened. However, KINII cannot be held liable after confirmation of delivery by the carrier.
9. Incorrect address
The customer is responsible for the shipping information provided. In the event of an error:
- No refund can be guaranteed
- Additional fees may apply for reshipment
10. Returned parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection at a pickup point, a reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.
