TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – KINII

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales concluded between KINII (VSB Group LLC) and its customers via the site www.kinii.shop.
1. Seller identification

2. Scope
These T&Cs apply to any order placed on www.kinii.shop by a consumer (non-professional individual). Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
3. Products
KINII is a women’s ready-to-wear boutique. Available products are described with the greatest care (photos, descriptions, compositions, size guide). However, slight variations in appearance may exist depending on screens.
We reserve the right to modify our catalogue at any time without notice.
4. Price
- Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included
- Delivery fees are indicated separately at payment
- KINII reserves the right to modify its prices at any time
- The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation
5. Order
The order is validated after:
- Selection of items and adding to cart
- Entering shipping information
- Choice of payment method and confirmation
- Receipt of an order confirmation email
KINII reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect information or payment issues.
6. Payment
- Payment is due immediately upon order
- Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments and its partners (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- No banking data is stored by KINII
In the event of a refused or fraudulent payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped to France, Belgium, Switzerland and other European countries subject to availability.
Indicative times:
- Processing: 24 to 48 working hours
- Delivery: 5 to 10 working days
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided. In the event of an incorrect address, KINII cannot be held liable for non-delivery.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons.

Return fees are at the customer’s expense. The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
9. Returns and exchanges
To be accepted, any returned item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In perfect condition, in its original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of receipt

10. Legal warranties
In accordance with articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer has 2 years from delivery to act. KINII will proceed with replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.
11. Liability
KINII cannot be held liable for:
- Delivery delays attributable to carriers
- Losses or damage occurring after confirmation of delivery
- Any misuse of the products
KINII’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
12. Intellectual property
All elements of the site www.kinii.shop (texts, visuals, logo, design, photographs) are the exclusive property of KINII and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.
13. Personal data
Data collected when placing the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy, available on www.kinii.shop.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be preferred. The customer may also use an online mediation platform.
