RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – KINII

At KINII, customer satisfaction is a priority. This policy sets out the return, exchange and refund conditions applicable to all orders placed on www.kinii.shop.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

However, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code: Personalised or custom-made products are not accepted for return, exchange or refund, except in the event of a defect or an error on our part.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • The request must be made within 14 days of receipt

3. Products not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised products
  • Sale or special offer items
  • Used, washed or damaged products

4. Return procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at kinii.sav@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and the reason for return
  3. Wait for validation and return instructions

Any return sent without prior validation may be refused.

5. Return fees

  • Return fees are at the customer’s expense
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected:

  • If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days
  • The refund is made via the original payment method

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the conditions are not met.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Or in the event of an error on our part

In this case, please send us:

  • A photo of the product
  • Your order number

We will proceed with a replacement at no cost.

8. Sizing issues

We invite you to carefully consult our size guide before ordering.

  • A sizing error chosen by the customer is not automatically eligible for a refund
  • An exchange may be offered on a case-by-case basis

9. Undelivered / marked delivered parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered:

  • Check with your household or neighbourhood
  • Contact the carrier

We can open an investigation, but KINII cannot be held liable for delivery errors linked to the carrier.

10. Defective products or order errors

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos to support your claim. A solution will be provided quickly (replacement or refund).
